Owner and head chef Bunny Awchat studied cuisine in Switzerland and France. He has worked extensively in brasseries, bistros and fine dining establishments across Europe and in Japan. He was introduced to the flavours, smells and simplicity of Spanish cuisine by his mentor and friend Paco. After a stint at a 5-star international hotel in Tokyo he made the decision to open a tapas bar by himself and Poron Poron was born.

スイスとフランスの料理学校を卒業し、ヨーロッパのブラッセリーやレストランを経て日本へ。スイスの修行時代パレスホテルで出会った師であり友人でもあるパコ氏によりスペイン料理に傾倒。東京の外資系ホテルで働いた後、自身のタパス店をオープン。
